The WMU-AAUP is absolutely critical for maintaining decent working conditions, fair pay and benefits, job security, and a respect for shared governance and academic freedom.
Without the support of dues-paying members, our union cannot continue preserving and strengthening WMU professors’ rights and benefits, and fighting for the security and dignity of our professional lives. With this in mind, we urge you to join the overwhelming majority of your faculty colleagues and submit your dues card if you haven’t yet had a chance to do so.
